One star for Pervert is pretty generous, but I'll admit it's only for the gratuitous amounts of breasts!
Pervert! claims to be a throwback to the 60's exploitation era and Russ Meyer, but Meyer would have taken an extra second to think about what he was pedaling. It's slightly more than a soft-core porn but dumber for trying to trick me into thinking there was a legit story. For God sakes there is a killer detached penis! And no, I didn't ruin the movie for you because it ruined itself by existing. Bad acting, no suspense, bad transitions, no clear plot, and some bouncing boobs.
Watch Russ Meyer's movies or even porn instead. At least it'll give you what you're looking for...
