Review of Personal Velocity (2002) by Steve C — 08 Mar 2009

Although the great performances by these three actresses are a big part of what make the movie so enjoyable to watch I wouldn't exactly call this a chick flick. More like a glimpse into the backyards and back alleys of Brooklyn and Manhattan, New York, America.

The three stories are connected in time not plot through a single event and it is narrated throughout. I think it's safe to say that the first story is a woman's reaction to a bad man, the second is a woman's reaction to her own success and the third about a woman who finds some anwsers about herself and a new faith in her own life.
