Review of Persona (1966) by John Paul T — 10 Nov 2007
A film that is both inspiring and liberating -this is, without a doubt, the best Bergman film I have seen. I have always admired his distinctive cinematic language he possessed as one of the world's finest auteurs; his ability to travel so freely from the world of reality and dream. No contemporary filmmaker can even start competing with the greatness of Ingmar Bergman.
P.S. I've noticed that both David Fincher and Chuck Palahniuk made several references and a homage to this film in Fight Club.
