After I had watched it (for the second time) I found the movie is so boring and too faithful to the novel. And the voice acting is quite monotone. Yes, I think the animation is quite sophisticated, and the transition from colorful to black-and-white is so amazing.
But the movie doesn't have a strong comedy and drama. And the jokes are somewhat unfunny for me, 'cause I already knew it from the novel. If there's something I really like from this movie, it's perhaps the score.
It's quite engaging.
