Although it is a moving and fascinating film, I am not quite sure what all the fuss is about. It does have a nice balance of of drama and comedy. The animation is effective but way too simple. It doesn't need to be Pixar, but it's not far from being stick figures.
Well defined characters. It would have made an excellent non-animated film.
