Review of Persepolis (2007) by Marco R — 28 Sep 2009
A gr8 film with sum insight given to the islamic revolution. loved the way she was so strong and outspoken, the fact she went through many different situations and didn't even fully understand what her family were doing (emotional detachment of child gr8).
her time in austria with new music and new culture was told in a funny and witty style. A strong and formiddable woman who surpassed cultural differences as a young woman and said what she thought even if it was deemed as very wrong.
masterpiece in simple animation. marvellous!
