Through and through, this is just a lovely movie. While it differs a bit from the book (just in certain respects), it stays true to the narrative as it tells the true and touching story of a girl who grows up in war.
This story is as beautiful as the images created, images that could only be told through animation. A wonderful film with some wonderful scenes. I wish I had more to say other than wonderful and lovely!
