Review of Perrier's Bounty (2009) by Ollie W — 24 Aug 2010
An interesting little Irish film with a wonderful cast who all do a superb job with a quirky little script. But despite the presence of personal favourites Murphy, Gleeson and Broadbent and some good gags surrounding the desperate attempts made by bad-ass gangster Perrier (Gleeson) to assure his homosexual head honcho that he is down with his lifestyle choice.
.. it kind of peters off into nowhere really. Makes for an arresting 100 minutes though and it's nicely directed.
