Review of Permanent Midnight (1998) by Hannah R — 29 Sep 2007
A descent movie about drugs and Hollywood about real life writer (and one of my favs) Jerry Stahl. Stiller and co really give great, swing for the fences performances and some good cinematography. However like it always is, the book is better then the movie.
The film falls a bit short of capturing the manic feel and magic of the book.
