Review of Period of Adjustment (1962) by Ashley K — 03 Jan 2008
I find it incredibly interesting that Tennessee Williams wrote the screenplay for this movie. His hand is all over it and that's what makes it so good. At times, it's definitly over the top, but there are scenes with such raw emotion, they really grab you. Lois Nettleton does an excellent job, and Jane Fonda is just plain funny.
