Review of Perfect Sense (2011) by Chris H — 12 Feb 2012
The trailer looked good - a global virus where everyone loses their senses, but the execution of it was atrocious. The characters were totally bland, and it was hard to feel any sympathy at all for their plight.
There was no tension, no action and no explanation as to the origin of the virus, clearly, I must have missed the point somewhere along the line. The film was about two unlikeable people getting together, loose the virus and at the very least you would have a weak lover story.
I like Ewan McGregor films, but this was not his finest hour. A huge disappointment.
