Review of Peppermint (2018) by Tanya S — 12 Dec 2018
Critics aside, this was a great action movie for those who are fans of the genre. Add to that the presence of a strong female lead who rivals the likes of John Wick and Robert McCall. While the story is obviously similar to the story of the Punisher, it is a story that for many provides some escapism.
Personally I would love to see some progression from this character and the rest of supporting cast, or how she became so lethal if you want to work backward.
