Yes! Do NOT listen to the critics! Although the plot is "as expected," Jennifer Garner's performance is awesome! This action packed film went beyond "just a mother & wife" wanting revenge, but added the dimension that maybe the world would be a better place if there were actual street vigilantes who used their knowledge and power in society for the good vs.
evil. It addresses the real problem of corrupt police and lack of manpower in their departments. Makes the viewer think that sometimes taking care of bad things via your "own hands" would be faster and give more peace to victims.
