Review of People Will Talk (1951) by Averie B — 20 Aug 2007
Thought it was a fun and enjoyable film, and an unusual story because it mixes genres: it's a comedy, it's a love story, it's a (double) mystery, and it's a drama. Even though its roughly almost 50 years old, it still deals with a lot of issues that are relevent to this day.
Noah Praetorious is played by the suave appeal with which Cary Grant always seems to show! Jeanne Crain is great too, though I prefer her in State Fair, she still was nonetheless enjoyable to watch.
