Review of Penguins of Madagascar (2014) by Maryse L — 30 Apr 2016

I heard from ex-colleagues that this movie bombed - but did it?! Or perhaps they were sore because it's a rival company's animated movie. But I thoroughly enjoyed it when I caught it during a trip! Had the chance to see a 10 minute preview a year before its release, and enjoyed every single bit of it.

After its release, caught the movie in its entirety and still enjoyed everything about it. The jokes kept on coming, and they are actually hilarious, and witty. I've also always wanted a Penguins spin-off from Madagascar on the big screen, and it most certainly delivered.

Here's hoping for a sequel to the movie.
