Review of Penguins of Madagascar (2014) by Danburrito — 02 Nov 2015
The penguins of Madagascar are the best characters in the franchise. We've been waiting for them to finally get a movie for a long time and now we finally have one. I enjoyed the movie. I thought it was really funny but there are a few flaws:
The spy animals are a bit one-dimensional. Plus they never get a backstory. They're a bit random as characters. Then again, so are the penguins.
Also,I think there should have been more scenes that were just the penguins having a bit of banter. When those scenes do come, they're hilarious but there should have been more.
But flawed as it is, it's a fun movie with great comedy. They should just do a sequel to this instead of Madagascar 4.
