It's ok. I think the movie works when its just the penguins doing their thing. It's when they start bringing in other animals that it becomes boring. The last third of this movie is where it started to become very standard for dreamworks and even todays cg films, compared to the semi random 2/3 before it.
Its worth a watch, but thats about it.
