Serviceable Dreamworks entry, just in time for the Holidays, is really just another excuse to churn out yet another animated feature to families in need. This one is merely cute but runs out of steam long before its ninety minutes.

Parents pay attention to its smart-ass script, especially its continuous attempt to name celebrities by creating randomly witty phrases. Like the film itself, it does not add up to much but nonetheless it's repeated over and over again, somewhat akin to the penguins vaudeville shtick in their latest effort.
