Just like Minions, if you are not a fan of these penguins from the Madagascar franchise, watching this film would feel like a pain in the ass. I had a lot of fun watching Penguins of Madagascar: a visually colorful and immensely diverting Dreamworks animation full of jokes that kids won't understand.
I smiled, I chuckled, and laughed out loud consistently. It is no way near as good as some of Dreamworks' best work, and the story is all over the place. But if you are looking for nothing but a good time, then this will do just fine.
