These cute and cuddly penguins are in the spy business. They join forces with an elite force, The North Wind. Together they have to defeat an evil Octopus, Dave. Dave hates penguins because they would always steal his limelight at every zoo he was moved to.
He's capturing all of the penguins around the world and his goal is to turn them ugly with a machine he created. The animation is fun and so is the dialogue. It wasn't the most interesting kid movie I've seen (check out Big Hero 6 above) but it was entertaining and I wasn't necessarily bored.
