It doesn't have the Wiseauan goodbad magic, so after the crude novelty of some of the film's baser elements settle in and the proverbial "fun part" (horror's first act) breezes by, it becomes intolerably bad.
If you can make it more than twenty minutes, then Mister, you're a better man than I.
