Review of Pelé: Birth of a Legend (2016) by Karen K — 15 May 2016

So confused by the critics rating and reviews?! I usually don't bother seeing reviews lower than 85 but we promised our son (& his 8 friends!) we would take them. The movie was fantastic! They say it is formulaic but it is Pele's story - you can't change that! You learn so much about soccer, along with its history and styles.

You also understand the importance of soccer to Brazilians and see how diverse of a country they were Pele was such a wonderful film - everyone should see it.
