Review of Peeping Tom (1960) by Mark H — 29 Aug 2008
Unsettling classic horror film is disturbing study of a serial killer who is compelled to film his victims. So reviled upon its release in 1960, it essentially ended director Michael Powell's career.
Even today, the movie's attempt to understand, even sympathize, with a sociopath still resonates shock. Creepy.
