Review of Peeping Tom (1960) by Christina T — 15 Feb 2010
An insane photographer Carl Bohm in a diabolically brilliant performance murders women while photographing their expressions of fear on their faces, with a movie camera and a tri-pod with a hidden blade.
This film was years ahead of it's time and is still one of the most disturbing psychologically complex horror films ever made. Directed with great brilliance and eccentricity by Michael Powell. Highly Recommended.
