Almost 30 years since his last feature film, Pee-Wee Herman returns. Despite the plot being similar to Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, Paul Reubens is still charming as the title character. He hasn't lost a step. The movie is silly and childish, but fun to watch thanks to the zany characters Pee-Wee meets along the way. As long as you take the movie at face value, the 90 minutes fly by. Nice touch casting Joe Manganiello as Pee-Wee's new best friend... Joe Manganiello!
