Though admitting to this could ruin my reputation (in my mind I have one) I sat and watched this with my 2 and 5 year old and I had more fun than they did. This is really entertaining, extremely amusing and a very well made family movie.
Yes the whole thing is absurd and ridiculous but I?ve not laughed so hard at a film in a long time. A couple of scenes reduced me to complete hysterics! Say what you like about Paul Reubens, he is a fine comic actor.
Some amazing cameos to look out for, James Brolin, Dee Snider, Morgan Fairchild and Godzilla. So call me sad ass for watching this film. I've only have this to say to you. I know you are, but what am? Ha!
