Review of Pearl Jam Twenty (2011) by Blake D — 23 Nov 2011
Solid marks for Crowes doc on Pearl Jam who are currently out in support of the 20th anniversary together as a band. Hits all the right marks in terms of the bench marks from its infancy as Mother Love Bone, the rotating drummers, to the recruitment of Vedder to step in as lead vocalist, and the well documented battle against ticketmaster.
Slightly glossy as the only complaint as one would expect since there are some complaints against the band for being the most main stream of the grunge era etc. But otherwise worth the ride.
