Pearl Harbor has great special effects. The story is 1/2 predictable & 1/2 nonsensical. Which draws for a headache. The dialogue is so laughably cheesy that it feels like a joke! It definitely tries to do to many things at once.
The romance and action sequences are fussed over without really delivering anything. Pretty much a huge steaming pile of cheese that's overwritten with a SURPLUS of digitized special effects.
