Review of Peacock (2010) by Svein P — 30 Dec 2010
Peacock is a quirky and completely individual dramedy. Cillian Murphy became not only one, but two well established and beautiful characters that were entertaining to follow and interesting. The solitude that is set up within moments at the start of the movie allows the small-town-chaos to be understandably greater than it would've seemed.
Ellen Page and Susan Sarandon were both great additions to the film and brought great character development from Cillian's John and Emma. Without a doubt a very individual and well made movie with perfect moments of revealing cinematography and easy writing as to make each character seem real.
The ending will definitely feel the way you would hope it to, and you will not be disappointed.
