Review of Peacock (2005) by Dave S — 24 Apr 2010
It's an interesting premise, but the execution is a little "psych 101". Plus the writing can best be described as functional - scenes play out the way they have to in order to advance the plot or supply exposition, but there isn't much style or detail to any of it.
And neither of the endings on the DVD exactly work. This actually might have been better off if instead of the quiet character piece it is they made it into more of the thriller it got marketed as.
