Think Karate Kid with a gymnastics twist. A clever story of one athletes journey of self discovery (or something like it). Nolte plays an excellent mysterious Miyagi-esque character guiding a his 'Daniel-san' with equally mysterious pearls of zen wisdom.
A watchable movie, worth grabbing the DVD if your stuck for something to see.
