It's the Karate Kid, revisited. It got me curious at the begining, after all it's not that often we get the chance to see a movie about gymnastics. But very soon it's just a collection of platitudes laid down by an uninspired Nick Nolte, and it reminded of Morpheus going on and on about the path and the door in Matrix.
Except Matrix was a fiction, here it's supposed to come from real events. Yikes.
