Although Woo's career faltered after this, I still found it a capable and plausible view of the future. Woo should have been allowed to have a crack at a James Bond movie because the lighting and camera work, to say nothing of the movie soundtrack, would give the agent the makeover it seriously needs.
Affleck wasn't as annoying as expected and Thurman was OK as his forgotten girlfriend. Not a great flick but not as bad as I'd been led to believe.
