There's a reason I'd never heard of this film. The plot is a good idea, but is clearly not thought out enough. It contains major holes. Eckhart plays the same character he does in most films...
As does Affleck now that I think about it. I don't know why, but I like Thurman, even though her hair was totally fucked up in this film and I don't even think she's that great of an actress.
