Review of Pawn Sacrifice (2015) by Miles B — 28 Sep 2015
I thought that the performances were excellent, especially Tobey's, but the writing was a bit weak since I found it presented its subject in a rather one dimensional way. I have never read anything else on the subjects life, but I would assume that he was more than simply a whiny, arrogant, hyper sensitive oddball.
He must have had some good traits. But then again, maybe he did not.
