I was looking to get away for a few hours this weekend so I decided to check what was playing at the Laemmle. Stumbled upon Pawn and read the summary. Sounded like a good little escape. Okay...let's give it a try.
Fantastic!! This little gem was way more than I expected. Rock solid acting, cool simple yet intricate plot. Great beginning, middle and end. Bravo! I don't understand the movie business. How is this playing at only one theater in all of Los Angeles.
I heard it is going straight to DVD.
