Not a perfect film but the interweaving of Biblical text as dialogue was seamless and natural. The humanity of the apostles was real. They were not perfect individuals but they had been changed by the Messiah and this was acted out naturally.
Would have been tighter without the Cassius subplot but from a faith-based film perspective, this was a 10.
