Basically this movie is a bunch of shout-outs to other sci-fi movies strung together by a weak plot. Yes, these cameos are super cool, especially the big boss at the end, but is it enough to make a movie? Is nostalgia enough to keep you in your seat? Eh, maybe.
By the way there is a ton of cursing in this movie, hence the R rating.
