Review of Paul (2011) by Tvjerry — 23 Mar 2011
Simon Pegg and Nick Frost play British scifi nerds who travel to our UFO landmarks and happen upon a real-life alien (voiced by Seth Rogen). Their innocent adventure turns into a desperate chase, which includes men in black, a few insider cameos and lots of classic genre references.
While the spirit is good-natured and the pacing never lags, the genuine laughs are too spread out. The movie is fun, just not that funny.
