What ever went wrong with the Simon Pegg/Nick Frost formula that rocked flicks like Shawn of the Dead and Hot Fuzz? A few things, actually: turning them from hilarious Brits into nerdy, alien-obsessed Americans, adding a CGI Alien voiced by Seth Rogen to the gang, and involving Kristen Wiig.
