Review of Paul (2011) by John E — 31 Dec 2012
Order is restored. Whilst it's nowhere near as brilliant as Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, Paul makes up for the disappointing Run Fatboy Run and How to Lose Friends and Alienate People. The overtop nerdiness of Pegg and Frosts characters is funny but also understandable (for me anyway) and Seth Rogen as always played himself but this time it worked.
Nowhere near the same hilarity of Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead but still hugely enjoyable.
