Patriot Games is one of Harrison Ford's first movies of the 90s, and it helps him start the decade off right. Picking up the Jack Ryan franchise from Alec Baldwin, Harrison Ford along with others such as Samuel L.
Jackson and James Earl Jones fill this creative and action packed experience with good performances across the board. When Jack Ryan's family is threatened by Irish radicals, he takes back his old government job in order to track them down, and some magical scenes ensue.
From Ford's first fight, to a very memorable irish pub scene with the great Richard Harris and on to the ending credits Patriot Games keeps you anticipating what is going to happen next, and when whatever is next arrives it leaves you feeling happy you sat down to watch.
