The least of the Jack Ryan films. It's entertaining, sure, but its cardboard villains and self-righteous trivializing of serious, actual world conflicts (for a movie about IRA terrorists, the screenplay could not care less about their politics) make it la bit disappointing, and the perfunctory action climax doesn't help.
