Review of Paths of Glory (1957) by Bubba M — 05 Mar 2009
Definitly not the kind of movie you would show on a recruitment office. But oh... it is profund, believeble, and it is a masterpiece of middlemanagement problems. It is a movie you will not forget. Poor soldiers.
They did not volunteer, and died in those slaughteries. We can only hope that todays officers, when they see this movie get to understand why this end up being an antiwar movie, and they learn not to fall into the same mistakes, when taking decitions of these kind.
