Review of Paths of Glory (1957) by Stefanos T — 29 Jul 2011
Paths of Glory is very short in length yet it does not fail to convey its message which is, of course, against the military as a whole and the absurdness of war. Frankly, I expected to be a little longer as I felt the ending might have been abrupt but after some ruminations it is clear that any attempt for extensions, the film would have been a tasteless military court drama like A Few Good Men.
