Review of Pathfinder (2007) by Kashif M — 11 Apr 2010
I am a big fan of the fantasy world of sword and sorcery so I decided to rent this movie which had been sitting in my rental que for some years now. The movie appears to be more a work of fiction than based on a real historical storyline. The movie has well choreographed sword & board fight sequences which are intended for mature audiences and the finale of the movie is also very entertaining reminescent of the movie Cliffhanger but with 6ft tall Vikings instead.
Though I feel Karl Urban was miscast as the hero but the movie is worth a rental especially if you are a fan of sword hack/slash genre.
