Review of Pathfinder (1987) by Sam Y — 19 Jul 2008
If you liked Braveheart, Gladiator or the hero against the odds set in ancient times films. This is for you, Karl Urban ( LOTR) is the star, its good to see some films where the white guy is considered the "ethnic", makes the hoi poloi think outside the box a bit.
Its not mindless violence through out, its not look good first, plot and story later. It doesnt have unnecasary gratious naked scenes either. And its got enough twists in the plot to keep you guessing, those people saying its predictable are talking out their arse. NON of you knew what was going to happen when karl set the grass traps.
Miss it at your "loss at watching a nice flm for a change" :).
