Paterson is a movie about ordinary people, with ordinary stories, and that's about it. No ambition, no excitement. For the most, the males are portrayed in a modern hopeless and needy fashion, where they drown their mediocrity in a beer glass every night.
It's an uninspiring flick that will make you feel like peeking into the life of no one special.
