Although it's the best film of the year, and is itself a poem, there are problems. First, W.C.WILLIAMS WAS NOT FROM PATERSON, HE WAS BORN AND LIVED ALMOST ALL HIS LIFE IN RUTHERFORD! Second, how can a film that is a paean to the city not mention ALLEN GINSBERG? But all in all, it's a great film.
