The medical scene, No comment, Doctors that are trained to be -not-always-efficient- problem solving robots and loose their human touch in the process, Same arrogance, coldness and God complex ... For every 1000 doctors you might find someone who is Partly-human ... who got me started.
Back to Williams I wouldn't say its a comedy, Far from it its a drama in every sense of the word, portraying the life of a doctor who was anything but ordinary & he -Williams- did a great job.
